Pilots, arrive directly at the heart of the exhibition!
This year, the teams from the Lyon-Bron airport platform, the SNA, and the Lyon-Bron Interclub Center (CICLB) are joining forces to welcome you in the best possible conditions for France Air Expo 2026.
Together with your passengers, enjoy arriving by air directly at the center of the exhibition and benefit from a welcome specially designed for visiting pilots.
As soon as you land at Lyon-Bron (LFLY), the teams will guide you on the tarmac before you easily make your way to the exhibition, with priority access starting at 8:30 a.m.
The entire CICLB team will be delighted to welcome you at their stand for coffee and croissants, in a friendly atmosphere shared by aviation enthusiasts. It will also be an opportunity to meet other pilots, collect useful information for your day at the exhibition, and prepare your return flight with peace of mind.

FLY-IN Procedure – Arrive by Air !
A landing slot is mandatory for all aircraft wishing to access the airport during the show. All arrivals and departures are strictly managed through a slot system.
Book your slot online (30 euros)
This fee includes :
• Airport handling and landing charges
• Aircraft parking for the day
• Two complimentary entries to the show, upon presentation of your slot confirmation (received by email)
Important
• This fee is non-refundable. All reservations are final.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your slot has been approved.
• Please remember to bring your chocks and tow bar.
Specific Conditions:
• Ultralights accepted, provided they are equipped with radio and transponder
• No handling assistance available for aircraft under 3.5 tons
